Refund policy
We have a NO return policy, which means you should thoroughly inspect your order upon reception to ensure it is the correct color, size and design that you ordered. We specialize in custom products, special orders and personalized items and cannot offer a return or refund once a draft has been approved for production.
The only exception to this policy is an error on our part. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, misspelled, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and matching identification to the customer on record.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us at info@camodesignprint.com if you have any questions or order concerns. We will reply within 48 hours to address your concerns. Items sent back for return without prior approval from us will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom products, special orders or personalized items. Other exchanges depend on the availability of similar products and the condition of the product to exchange. No exchange will be given for any product that is not in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
